Daybreak

Daybreak

A lot of our clients are looking for the fresh feel daybreak has to offer. South Jordan is one of the fastest growing cites in Utah, and I believe that has a lot to do with Daybreak. Daybreak is known for home designs that are inspired by Salt Lake City's historical neighborhoods such as Sugar House, The Avenues, and Harvard-Yale areas. Their exterior styles include Colonial Revival, Craftsman and Victorian.  Along every street you see homes with bright beautiful colors, big front porches, and white picket fences.

Daybreak also has amazing amenities such as many parks, lots of trails to explore on your bike or with your pet, spend time on the lake, or even pop into the community center for some fun or grow something in the community garden. Daybreak is designed using a traditional neighborhood development model (TND), which means that all homes are within a five-minute walk or bike ride of a major amenity such as a park, the lake, or a shopping area, reducing dependence on automobile travel

With all this and more it is no surprise that Daybreak sales are up 20% from one year ago. Homes are going fast with about 40 selling each month.  The condominiums prices start at $200,000 and single family homes range from $300,000 to more than $1 million.

I love Daybreak. I love everything about it. Sometimes I like to just drive down every street and ogle at every house with their huge beautiful front porches. Sometimes I even go to their model homes and pretend I am in the market because every detail of every home blows my mind. I would imagine Daybreak to be the place where you know your neighbor and people are always kind to one another. I so long to be part of the Daybreak community. One day I will be!
